Activities include: short education exercises, empathy, role-plays, games and discussions. In intimate relationships have you experienced the pain of not being fully heard, or of not expressing fully what is alive in you? How many times has an attempt to communicate left you frustrated, bored, exhausted or hurt?This workshop is an opportunity to concentrate on how to empower present intimate relationships and heal old wounds, especially with those closest and dearest ones-partner, children, parents, friends, colleagues.
