This Practice Group begins with a "remembering" for inspiration, centering and connecting with ourselves. This is followed by a "check-in" when we share how we are, what we bring with us or what we hope to receive during the session. Activities include: short education exercises, empathy, role-plays, games and discussions. Participants can facilitate the group with prior arrangement with Rodger Sorrow

Mit diesem Training wenden sich Gabriele Lindemann und Eva Eigler an Berater, Coachs, TrainerInnen und Interessierte, die in die NVC einsteigen oder auf ihre Vorkenntnisse aufbauen möchten.
NVC ermöglicht, auf gängige Muster von Beurteilung, Bewertung und Manipulation zu verzichten, um den Blick dafür zu öffnen, was Menschen wirklich am Herzen liegt. Deepening workshops of Nonviolent Communication (5x2 days, dates: May 12th/13th, June 9th/10th, August 16th/17th, September 16th/17th, Ocotber 14th/15th)
These 10 days will focus on “inner work” and exploring our relationships and dialogues with ourselves and situations that trigger us. The workshops will help you to discover choices we didn’t know we had and the tools to relate to yourself with a greater sense of compassion.
We offer the opportunity to come for the first workshop to get to know me and then sign up for the rest.
In my experience before we can connect compassionately with others we first need to learn to connect compassionately with ourselves.
The workshop is also an opportunity to become part of a group that continues developing NVC skills and consciousness over the time.

Teach for Life: 6th Annual NVC Educators Institute is led by NVC trainers: Sura Hart, Jean Morrison, and John Cunningham. In this intensive residential training, participants and trainers co-create a life-enriching learning community that you can use as a model for your classroom and school. Learning through play inclusive of all learning styles is featured. The curriculum includes: classroom structures that support mutual respect, cooperation and engaged learning; needs-based academic curriculum; nvc skill development and application in classroom settings; effective conflict resolution. You will leave with an action plan for your project be it a compassionate classroom or an nvc inspired school.
